Rates are dropping

Friday, November 28, 2008, we strated to see the banks dropping their rates. We now rates as low as 5.10% for a five year term. Plus the Variable product may start to look desirable again as the rates drop on that side. The Lenders have dropped the Prime + 1% to Prime + .60%. Personally I am thinking will be back to some good variable products in the new year. In the meantime if you want to try a 1 year rate, they are as low as 5.35%
